This development involved the extension of Hamilton Road, providing a vital new link between Queens Road and Sydenham Road, while also enhancing pedestrian and cycle infrastructure across the Titanic Quarter and into Belfast city centre.
Scope of Works by J&S McKee Ltd:
- Full site clearance and obstruction removal
- Bulk earthworks to regrade the site
- Formation of carriageways and pavements
- Installation of culverts, main drainage, and utilities
- Hard landscaping to public realm standards
- Alterations to Sydenham Road to integrate the new road extension
