J&S McKee Ltd are proud to have played a central role in the successful delivery of this significant construction project, providing a full package of demolition, enabling works, structural steel, reinforced concrete, drainage, and groundworks.

Our responsibilities included:

• Demolition of existing buildings
• All enabling works to prepare the site for construction
• Supply and installation of structural steel frameworks
• Construction of all reinforced concrete elements
• Installation of complete drainage systems
• Execution of all groundworks

Despite a demanding schedule, our team delivered all works on time and within budget, contributing to the successful completion and on-schedule opening of the new Limavady facility.
