J&S McKee is proud to play a key role in the development of Queens University’s state-of-the-art Factory of the Future, part of the new Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Centre (AMIC). This purpose-built facility will provide an open, collaborative environment designed to support businesses of all sizes — helping turn innovative ideas into fully realized manufacturing solutions, all within a secure and cutting-edge space.

From the earliest stages, J&S McKee has been instrumental in bringing this ambitious project to life. Our scope of work has included:

  • Comprehensive site clearance and enabling works
  • Construction of access roads and provision of essential utilities
  • Full installation of drainage and rainwater attenuation systems
  • Delivery of reinforced concrete foundations and structural works

Thanks to our experienced staff and advanced equipment, we are experts in transforming a greenfield site into a fully functional facility. While completion is scheduled for 2026, we are confident that our client will be fully satisfied with both the delivery process and the final outcome.
