In August 2023, J&S McKee proudly broke ground on the iconic Loft Lines development in the heart of Belfast’s Titanic Quarter, delivering the full groundworks and reinforced concrete substructure package on behalf of Graham Construction.

Our scope of works on this landmark project included:

🔹 Site clearance and bulk excavations
🔹 Installation of a temporary working platform for piling operations, including full piling attendance
🔹 Construction of reinforced concrete pile caps, ground beams, lift core bases, and tower crane bases
🔹 Installation of underground drainage and builder's work in connection (BWIC)
🔹 Full substructure waterproofing package
🔹 Reinforced concrete ground floor slab

Since then, we’ve played a key role in bringing the vision to life — delivering high-quality workmanship as the development continues to take shape.

This project marks a significant addition to Belfast’s waterfront, 778 sustainable apartments and 100,000 sq ft of office and commercial space.
