Sensata Research and Development Facility
J&S McKee Ltd commenced work on this project for main contractor Turkington Construction in May 2023 to create new roadways, 2 buildings to meet the needs of Sensata Technologies new research and development facility at Global Point Business Park and all associated groundworks, drainage and preparation of carparking facilities ready for surfacing.
Our highly skilled team on this project working closely with Turkington Construction have ensured this project is nearing completion one year on, with Turkington achieving an EXCELLENT Performance level on their Considerate Constructors Scheme Audit achieving 44/45!
Excellent working relationships with our Main Contractors ensure programs are met, standards are high and everyone safety is paramount.
