J&S McKee Ltd was proud to play a key role in the successful construction of Henderson Group’s new 18,000m² ambient food storage and distribution warehouse located in Mallusk, Northern Ireland.
Our comprehensive package of work included complete site clearance, all groundworks, reinforced concrete construction, and the installation of an extensive drainage system designed to efficiently manage rainwater runoff from the facility’s expansive roof area.
This major £12 million development also featured the construction of a new, integrated office building within the warehouse structure. In addition, J&S McKee Ltd carried out all external works, including yard and car park areas, and the installation of a new security gatehouse and barrier system.
