Description
Formerly the site of the Maysfield Leisure Centre, this project involved the transformation of the vacant building into a modern three-storey office building with a new two-storey northern extension, along with a data centre, car parking, and bicycle parking.
Designed by Isherwood and Ellis Architects for Concentrix, J&S McKee Ltd were responsible for:
- Complete site clearance
- Reduced level excavations
- Construction of the piling mat
- Installation of main drainage systems
- All reinforced concrete sub-structures
The project was carried out on a very confined urban site located between the main railway line at Lanyon Place and the River Lagan in Belfast, requiring expert planning and precise execution.
