J&S McKee Ltd undertook a full supply and fix package including all site clearance, bulk excavation, pile mat, sheet piling, temporary works design and installation, excavations, steel fixing, concrete, and drainage up to and including ground floor slab. This was a site with very limited access in the heart of the city centre, with one way street access only on one side for removal of bulk ground excavation (5000M3) , and delivery of steel and pipework for 320m sheet piling management, 32 cast insitu suspended manholes and 720m of suspended drainage, reinforced concrete sub-structure.

This 8 Storey city centre building will have ground floor retail units with office accommodation above.
