J&S McKee Ltd were proud to be awarded the contract for this project. This was a supply and fix package including all site clearance, enabling works and reinforced concrete substructures, main drainage and groundfloor slab for the construction of this 13-storey purpose built managed student accommodation building comprising 407 no. rooms over ground floor retail unit, reception, office, gym, cycle parking and car parking.
Once again working to a tight schedule we completed our package on time and on budget.
123 York Street is a 13-storey purpose built managed student accommodation building opened September 2019.
The site was previously part occupied by a five-storey office building known as Philip House (demolished May 2017).
