J&S McKee Ltd are proud to have undertaken all site clearance, enabling works, reduced level excavation, ground works, reinforced concrete works for the construction of a new club building consisting of a full-sized sports hall with first floor viewing gallery, seminar rooms, conference rooms, changing facilities, toilets, café/shop and offices .
The construction works were undertaken in close proximity to an existing primary school & sports pitches, both of which remained live throughout & with whom we had to share access. The management of this required extensive planning, early & continual liaison with the school & Gaelic Club, stringent traffic management & segregation measures to ensure the safety and accessibility of the local community was not compromised. The Considerate Constructors Scheme noted “The site takes excellent steps to show utmost consideration for neighbours & the public …”
