This development was designed to meet the needs of Sensata Technologies’ new research and development facility, delivered in partnership with main contractor Turkington Construction.
J&S McKee Ltd scope of work on this project included:
- Construction of new internal roadways
- Groundworks for two purpose-built R&D buildings
- Full drainage systems installation
- Preparation and surfacing of car parking facilities
- Delivery of all associated groundworks and site infrastructure.
